Room amenities broken (hair dryer BROKEN, makeup led mirror BROKEN 6. My room was filthy (Tub with visible dirt ring, clean sheets to cover a dirty stained duvet comforter, hair in bedding, seating (bar stool) stained with what looked like blood, residue of something on countertop, dust EVERYWHERE! 5. So due to COVID you can't even leave it for me daily.not even in a bag, at the door, thrown in the room, left at a pickup station, nothing! TRIFLIN!) 4. No housekeeping (WTF! No clean sheets, no clean towels.
No customer Service - (1 person at front desk, line out the door) 3. No room service (no food, but overpriced liquor is available) No even a pack of freakin crackers) 2. Your hotel is FILTHY! Your Hotel Service is not even up to Motel 6 standards! I've stayed at the Palms Resort several times and NEVER could I have imagined this beautiful Hotel would turn into a dump.especially during COVID! 1. It was the worst experience I've ever had at the Palms!!! My advice would be to SHUT IT DOWN! Your hotel is NOT up to standard.
